footballjason
Hey guys, need a little help deciding between two players: Clinton Portis or Dwayne Bowe. Standard scoring no PPR. My other WR is Antonio Bryant and R. Wayne Who played last night. My other back was Rhodes I can go with three WR's or add a back I am leaning with Bowe?? Any thoughts!! BearBroncos
I'm having issues deciding about Portis myself. Portis has ran for over 100 yards in the last 3 games against Philly and has scored 5 TD's in the last 6 meetings so history would indicate a must start....but....Cambell has been horrid of late and so teams are able to stack the line, preventing Portis from any substantial yardage (only avg 2.98 YPC) and his tiffs with Zorn aren't helping him any either. Zorn gave the 3rd string RB 2 failed shots at the goal line last week, robbing Portis of a TD attempt and I suspect it was because of more comments from the mouthy Portis. If he kept his mouth shut this week, Zorn might give him what he needs. Right now, I would lean more to Portis than Bowe IMHO, but, that could change within the next 30 seconds.
