TheEnabler
1st off thanks to anyone willing to give me their help picking a 2nd keeper going into new fantasy season. The league I'm in has weekly bidding on free agents so as a result some of my options for a 2nd keeper come with a terrible price (ala Bradley at $26) PPR League (Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 WR/RB Flex, 1 TE, 1 PK, and 1 DEF): 14 Teams (14 players per team), $200 Auction league with 2 keepers per team (last years player price carries over to this year and is subtracted from the $200 total to spend in building my roster) My 1st Keeper: Adrian Peterson (Cost = $71), which leaves me with $129 Options for #2: Joseph Addai ($69) Justin Fargas ($5) Mark Bradley ($26) Lee Evans ($13) Micheal Jenkins ($1) Sidney Rice ($4) Nate Washington ($1) Tony Scheffler ($4) An alternative option that's also possible is to for go a 2nd keeper and roll into the draft with more money. Thanks again for the help Edited July 16, 2009 by TheEnabler
WashingtonD
I don't love much of that.... Nate Washington for a buck is probably worth keeping Besides that Lee Evans at 13 is probably about the right value, not a deal, but if you (like me) think he actually benefits from having TO in buffalo then I could talk myself into that. What I find myself wondering is how with 194 spent on the above players did you field a team with a QB, K, and Def....who'd you have Patrick Ramsey, the Detroit Lions D, and Mark Mosely at 2 dollars each? or do you get additional money after the draft? In any case best of luck, WashD

In any case best of luck, WashD I had a terrible string of luck (and/or bad calls by me) to start the year with Hasselbeck going down as well as Selvin Young / Chad Johnson being complete junk. As a result it was a lost season so I made some trades at about mid season trying to get a solid #2 keeper (Addai) but he ended up being over priced and another relative bust. At season's end I had Hill at QB, Jags D and Longwell for $1 each. Like I said it was just an all around bad year especially considering I won the league the year before (current league format started last year) Edited July 16, 2009 by TheEnabler
Big Country
With those options, either Washington for a buck or roll with one keeper, IMO.
