oneanddone
Hello co-fan football owners!!!!!!! I'm sure your all as excited as I am as we are FAST approaching the draft for the upcomming season... I am in a 12 team PPR performance leage with a higher scoring D/ST position which includes points for TO, SK, SF, TD, points and yards allowed... I need to KEEP 4 players and will have the 9th OA pick.......I will only list viable candidates from my roster that can be kept... QB - McNabb (Phi) RB - Barber (Dal) P.Thomas (NO) D.Williams (Car) WR - R.Moss (NE) E.Royal (Den) TE - H.Miller (Pit) Winslow (TB) 'D' - Balt I am leaning towards Barber, Williams Moss &...Either Thomas or Balt Thoughts & opinions would be more than welcome, I must declare by Aug 1st!!!!! Thanks to all and GL drafting!!!!
gandalas
I would go with: RB - Barber (Dal) P.Thomas (NO) D.Williams (Car) WR - R.Moss (NE) That way, you are pretty set at RB, and can concentrate on the rest of your roster while the rest of the league is concentrating on trying to fill their RBs. Butkus
Do NOT keep a D, that would be a waste when you could pikc up a fine one late in the draft for cheap. I agree with the 3 RBs and Moss. You can likely pick up a fine WR #2 in your "first" round and a good QB in round "two".
G.K.Trey
WR - R.Moss (NE D.Williams (Car) P.Thomas (NO) RB - Barber (Dal) easy, unless this is a 1 rb start league.
Haskel
I agree with the above.... Barber, Williams, Thomas & Moss.
oneanddone
Thanks for the replies.....I will look at the board and try to post some replies of my own to listed questions..... More on my league, it has starting positions of 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1K, 1D AND ONE flex of either a RB or WR Keep's have to be declared by/on August 1st Thanks again.. G.K.Trey
depending on when you need to declare, you should watch Barber and Thomas in pre-season and see how they're doing and how the team plans on using them. If one of them seems to have a lessor role with the team, I'd happily keep Royal in a PPR. In fact, depending on starting requirements, you might want to keep him anyways. Prior to Cutler leaving , I would have agreed with you . Now I am not as high on Bronco WR's this year.
oneanddone
I think Ill hang onto the three RB's along with Moss.... here are the scores from the top 20 last year...Note where Balt is....It is a high scoring D league....
