Kid Cid
It's a new twist on an old favorite for those of you that enjoy the occasional Caucasian. http://www.corrundum.net/post/White-Russian.aspx
bpwallace49
I also like substituting Van Gogh double espresso vodka, or a good vanilla vodka in the mix . . . There is also a product that I always heard called "ice milk" which is basically the same thing as melted vanillla ice cream. Works VERY well in a caucasian . . . detlef
Not sure what that is, could you elaborate? Horchata is a Mexican drink made by soaking rice and almonds overnight and then blending them very smooth with cinnamon and brown sugar. We blend it twice in a vitamix and then end up straining it so it's not too chalky. Basically, it's rice milk. It's pretty damned tasty when it's not made too sweet. The cocktail comes off a bit like milk punch or a thinner version of eggnog. Of course, there already exists a Mexican version of eggnog called rompope.
