krek85
I have a chance to pick up domenik Hixon as my 3rd wr in free agency, I will have to drop miles austin. Should I do it? I don't know how well Hixon is doing in camp is he still the Number 1 ?
Matrix
Hixon is still #1, but he is going to have to continue to play very well to hold of Barden and expecially Nicks. I don't think that Hixon will be able to do it personally Barden is 6'6" and weighs 230 and is a beast physically. Nicks is probably one of the most NFL ready WR's coming out of the draft and is a scoring machine. They didn't wast a first round pick on him to let him stay on the bench. Austin had a bad night last night, but I do think he has great upside. Problem being, that he hasn't been able to remove Crayton from the #2 role. If you think the deal goes away, then maybe pull the trigger. I would have to think though there is more talent out there for your #3, as I see neither of them as a good choice. tonorator
well, that changes things. crabtree is intriguing and would be a no brainer in a keeper league. as is, he has many, many question marks for this season. i like the role that nate washington is in for Tenn. he looks to be the #1, which is nice for a WR3. in a redraft, i go with him.
