Boilerduff
Now I know that you can't make this decision until you see who is left there, but I have the swing double pick at 1-10 and 2-1. I think Brees is going to have killer year, but I am allergic to QB's in the first or second round. Plus I know he won't be there on the way back, ( my wife will take him in the third round, I am sure). Can anyone give me a reason why I shouldn't pick Brees, in the 2nd pick? I think he can be a difference maker, and I am tired of having a mediocre QB. Scoring 1 pt / 10 yards running/ recieving 6 pts tds.. all ways 1 pt per 25 yrds passing idp -3 for int / fumble thoughts?
Big Country
Assuming you start only one Qb, that is the answer there. 10 team, 1 QB league, strong QBs will be available very late. The same can not be said of RBs and WRs.
Company of Heroes
I agree. Go for RBs/WRs first. I'd consider Manning/Rodgers at the 3/4 swing. Warner/Rivers/McNabb at the 5/6 swing. But if there are bargains at RB/WR I pass on the QBs until even later. I probably lean to WR a little since there are several RBs available in the mid-rounds. -Heroes
