MrTed46
http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/content/nflstonline/overview Has anyone ever experienced DTV online with their regular football package? I switched from Directv to Verizon FIOS and I might be interested in this package but I don't know how the quality is. Anyone have any clue? CaP'N GRuNGe
I wish I could buy the Sunday Ticket online only and keep my cable package.
MrTed46
I wish I could buy the Sunday Ticket online only and keep my cable package. But, I am scared of the quality. Would hate to fork over $350 and get real smelly poopy

What's to stop you from subscribing but just not installing any of the hardware, then cancelling before you start paying monthly fees? You sign a 2 year contract I believe
CowboysDiehard
IIRC, it comes along with the HD upgrade, the basic Sunday Ticket package doesn't include it. I always get the upgrade, so if this has changed i wouldn't be aware. Pic quality is decent on a laptop. You can only watch on one machine at a time...we tried logging in on a second machine and it shut the feed off the first one after a second or two. I doubt i would go out and buy it just so i could watch a separate broadcast, but since i get it with the hd package, i will usually use it to tune into the RZC, while I watch the game in HD. justin
I'm all for watching in the comfort of my apartment, but $350 just seems like it's to much. I've watched a couple of MLB games online through their league's package and the quality is pretty good. There is an option to download a HD converter and it makes a difference in picture quality. But could you pull up multiple games in different windows? Being able to quickly alt-tab between games would be cool, though I guess it would totally drain your bandwidth. jayjaybee99
Nothing is cheap in Manhattan, but that seems very overpriced. If what they are offering is what was provided to DirectTV ST subscribers the quality is not bad at all. However, the PC access is included in the ST deal (at least it was last year) and here they are asking you to fork over $350 for something satelite owners are getting for free as a throw in to a $250-$300 commitment. I wouldn't break the law myself, but if you could find a friend who had ST and doesn't use the PC feature you could ask him to give you the download and password info. jayjaybee99
As I recall this was a SuperFan feature - so the friend would need to have the SuperFan upgrade of ST.
WISHBONEjg
Does anybody know if this works on a Playstation 3. Because it's already hooked up to my tv so that would just be great!
WISHBONEjg
Also, do you have to have direct tv in order to get this online?
