DCMartin
Had some fun at the draft. Maybe a little too much fun. Now I need to hit the scrap heap to pickup a WR. This is a standard scoring league with PPR. Available WR's I am considering: Issac Bruce (SF) Steve Smith (NYG) Mark Bradley (KC) Davone Bess (MIA) Malcom Floyd (SD) Earl Bennett (CHI) A.Randle El (WAS) Kenny Britt (TENN) R.Meachum (NO) J.Lee Higgins (OAK) Laurent Robinson (STL) Looks and feels like a roll of the dice. Smith feels the safest. Bradley had that 6 game run last year where he looked fairly good. If anything jumps out please respond. Thanks. Depends on if you need another spot starter (think safe and consistent) or somebody with some upside. In general for PPR I probably like SS the best of the bunch. tonorator
i like bess. i'd also take a hard look at bennett. he's played with cutler in the past and he's the closest thing to a #1 that chicago has. i can't see hester being that guy. DCMartin
Ok picked up Bess. Thanks for the help fellas. I am still going to keep an eye on Bennett. I am a Bears fan. I went to camp a couple days. Cutler threw the ball to Bennett quite a bit. I am not eager to pick him up though because he didn't come down with many balls (he is quite under-sized). Yes small sample size, but he had many opportunities. Almost like Cutler was forcing it to him to help get the starting gig. Best looking Bears WR was Devin Aromashodu (6'2" 200) who came down with everything and was running some plays with the 1's. Anyway thanks for the help. scottyg514
Is Chaz Schilens OAK still avaiable? Eventhough he'll miss 5 weeks or so with a broken toe or foot, he'll be the man in OAK by mid season
jaxfactor
If you still have room for another WR on your roster, I'd think about Meachum.
Zooty
Most upside Davone Bess (MIA) Earl Bennett (CHI) Steve Smith (NYG) Some upside but bad team or QB Laurent Robinson (STL) J.Lee Higgins (OAK) 4 or 5th option in the Offense R.Meachum (NO) Issac Bruce (SF) A.Randle El (WAS) Mark Bradley (KC) Not worth it Malcom Floyd (SD) Kenny Britt (TENN)
