CRAIG111569
I know the top overall pick is kind of a no-brainer.....but we have a PPR KEEPER League. It will be projected that 14 RB's will already off the board. My Keepers are (and value I would give up for the KEEPER by ROUND): - P Thomas, RB NO 12th Rounder - S. Slaton, RB HOU 8th Rounder - Either R. Rice, RB BAL 6th Rounder.....OR E. Royal, WR DEN 11th Rounder So I know it's easy to think about taking AP #1 (BUT I would potentially already have 2-3 Tier 1/2 RB's), and I know I will not get a top tier WR...........when it wraps back around for my 2nd Round pick at the end of the round. Here's my question and I need some advice on: - Should I take the best available.......AP and KEEP Thomas, Slaton and Royal and dominate RB and FLEX w/ 3 stud RB's. - Would you consider taking the top overall WR - A. Johnson or Fitzgerald as the #1 pick realizing I could keep Thomas, Slaton and Rice as Keepers Does anyone have another suggestion. I was initially trying to TRADE OUT of the #1 spot.....realizing I could KEEP Slaton, Thomas and Rice......but I got no bites that made sense. I think AP will be a stud......my concern is not getting a TOP TIER WR........I think they'll be plenty of depth of 3rd and 4th tier WR's with players like Holt, Washington, Mason, etc.........but it's still a concern as DRAFT STRATEGY in recent year's has been to go get stud WR's.......and stud WR's in a PPR League are KEY!!! Thanks for any and all advice.....Good Luck to all in your DRAFTS......
mrip
Instead of taking a wr you might consider taking AP and then trading him for a top wr plus more.
BearBroncos
Instead of taking a wr you might consider taking AP and then trading him for a top wr plus more. Being a keeper league, most likely AP is already off the table.
