Square
This sounds like it should be in the advice section of the website. I'll chime in that I think Charles is worth a draft spot in deep leagues or as a late round flier. I added him in my local in the last round just in case Larry has problems in KC. I would not drop Willie Parker for him at this point.
mlvc
Thanks I saw the Willie Parker thread here and thought this was the right place to post this I am new
Chief Dick
Depends on what your other options are and what your roster looks like. The one thing Haley hates more than anything is fumbles. So Charles needs to solve that QUICK if he wants to see the field.
Bronco Billy
I said it in the other thread, I'll repeat it here without too much detail: This guy is a Tatum Bell clone, IMO. Almost eerily so.
mlvc
Thanks Bronco Billy I just went and read that other post and it helps a lot
Bronco Billy
Thanks Bronco BillyI just went and read that other post and it helps a lot That said, Bell did have a 1000+ yd season. But he just wasn't consistent enough to be a RB1 in the NFL. As the carries went up, his performance went down. He dropped the ball enough, and he was easy to tackle. Charles looks like he's got Bell's M.O. down to a tee.
Seahawks21
No way I'd drop Parker for him, but would I take a shot at him late? Sure. What I would probably do is drop my kicker for the next two weeks instead of Fast Willie. You'll have a deadweight player by week one that you can easily drop the night before week 1 to pick up a kicker.
