Using Firefox, I have it set up automatically to delete cookies everytime I close out. A bit annoying from time to time because it clears you passwords for everything, but much more secure. Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Toggle the accept cookies button to "Until Firefox closes".

Using IE: Tool -> Internet Options -> Under Browsing History click Delete -> Delete all of them.

Not sure which you are using or what version, but hopefully this gets it done.

Hmmm..... and doing what rhip said didn't do anything either? That doesn't sound good.

I know the answers will be yes...but figure I better ask....

You have logged out on the HP and then logged back in.... yes?

You are paid up... yes?

You have logged out on the HP, cleared all your cookies, shut down the browser, came back in, logged back in..... yes?
