kzook76
12 Team PPR league - I had the 11th pick in the draft. QB Carson Palmer QB Trent Edwards RB Ladanian Tomlinson RB Chris Johnson RB Felix Jones RB Ray Rice RB Jameel Charles WR TJ Houshmandah WR Santana Moss WR Berrard Berrian WR Steve Smith NYG WR Bryant Johnson TE Jason Witten K Stephen Gotkowski DEF - San Diego
jordanzs
I think the receivers are weak, Housh is the only one on that list who I'd rank in the top 20. Instead of going RB/RB, I would've gotten a top end receiver in the 1st or 2nd round. But then again, I'm thinking that either Rice or Jones (I just drafted both of them, and believe that at least one of them will be a major score) will elevate to giving you RB1 production, and then maybe you can move LT or Johnson for a high end receiver. kzook76
It was tough because LT dropped to 11th which was a no brainer Andre Johnson and Fitgerald were already off the board. Moss was the only WR left worth taking with my next pick but he went 12. I had no choice but to go RB RB
jordanzs
Check out the topic that I just started. I just drafted a few hours ago in the 10th position (out of 12). I took Moss, and still woulda taken him ahead of LT even if Tomlinson was still on the board. I like Moss as much as Fitz this year, and better than AJ. Hindsight is 20/20 though. Mr. Retail
Yes your wrs are really your weakest spot but if you only have to start 2 I think Moss and Berrian can put up solid numbers, just try to play the one who is hot alongside T.J. If you have a flex spot and can start F. Jones or Rice, I believe that would help your cause. Definitely a team that can contend.
jordanzs
Of course, I'm a believer in fantasyindex.com. They've gotten me a top team every year! Here's their freshly released rankings, top 25 players in a PPR league: 1 RB JAC Maurice Jones-Drew 2 RB CHI Matt Forte 3 WR ARI Larry Fitzgerald 4 WR NE Randy Moss 5 RB CAR DeAngelo Williams 6 WRHOUAndre Johnson 7 RB STL Steven Jackson 8 WRCAR Steve Smith 9 RB MIN Adrian Peterson 10 RB HOUSteve Slaton 11 WR NE Wes Welker 12 WR ATL Roddy White 13 RB ATL Michael Turner 14 WR IND Reggie Wayne 15 RB SF Frank Gore 16 WR ARI Anquan Boldin 17 QB NO Drew Brees 18 RB SD LaDainian Tomlinson 19 QB NE Tom Brady 20 RB PHI Brian Westbrook 21 WRDET Calvin Johnson 22 WR GB Greg Jennings 23 RB BAL Ray Rice 24 RB TEN Chris Johnson 25 RB NYG Brandon Jacobs
scorp25
I think you were crazy to pass up on moss especially with T. Brady back in the mix. The duo will be on a tear again this year. your next pick could've been either LT or C.Johnson. Nice Rb's however, the rest of your team is alittle weak. If Palmer can stay healthy he might be the key to your team and season.
kzook76
Thanks. LT would have went next. but you are correct. I still would have probably got Gore or Chris Johnson.
