Brandon Marshall - worth using #1 Waiver position, right?

10 team, non-PPR. Play 1QB, 2WR, 2RB, TE, K, DEF & 1 FLEX (can be QB, WR, RB or TE)

I have #1 waiver position. Brandon Marshall's (former) owner apparently panicked based on all his recent bad pub, and dropped him.

Is there ANY reason I should NOT grab Marshall? Am I missing something? Sure he's got downside and the suspension and all, but the upside here seems tremendous.

Who gets the boot?

WR = Moss, Housh, L.Evans, Anthony Gonzalez, Nate Bureleson (Ratteree loves him in his "Get Out Of Jail Free Draft Picks" article), Donnie Avery

RB = LT, Barber, P.Thomas, C.Benson, Sproles, Beanie Wells (keeper league - Beanie can be kept next year in the 10th round)

Seems like it has to be Burleson or Avery. I suppose the dream world is to swing a trade with a WR + RB or QB for a better RB/QB and a total stiff I could cut.

Any insight would be most welcome.

thanks
