If you mean players, you can just click on the players option in the top nav, change the Sort By filter to All players (and restrict to a position if desired), then set the week(s) to whatever you wish. If you mean comparing teams across all leagues, I think it vary so much with customized scoring leagues that it wouldn't be a apples to apples comparison unless you only compared default scoring leagues.
