muck
On the way home from my inlaws, my 10yr old daughter is sitting next to me. She's been very quiet for a long period of time, obviously deep in thought. I ask her what she's thinking about. ************************** Daughter: "I'm thinking about something I've been thinking about off and on for a several weeks." Me: "Sounds important. Would you like to talk about it?" Daughter: "Sure. I think I know how the Chiefs could get better." Me: {surprised at the topic} "Let's hear it. What's your idea?" Daughter: "Well, if they named themselves "The Ballerinas" instead of "The Chiefs", maybe other teams would underestimate them and then they'd win more." Gilm
Out of the mouths of babes.... You are so blessed to have a little girl that will watch football with you her whole life. She is probably onto something there though...
MrTed46
I don't think the Chiefs can be underestimated more than their current state.
STL Fan
I have a friend who's 7 year-old son thinks the Chiefs have been bad ever since that candy bar company misspelled their name in that "Chefs" commercial because they got their feelings hurt. Crispy
That's probably the most constructive thing that I've read on these boards in a while. Sounds like a great kid.

Savage Beatings
Yep, people are always underestimating those crafty ballerinas.
Grits and Shins
She has percieved (and rightly so) that the Chiefs are a bunch of girls ... very asute of her.
muck
She continued to explain how their uniforms would look (pink with tutu's) and how "when they ever get a good player, they should have their players change their names so the other teams wouldn't know the Chiefs have a good player". She'd really thought this through!

Pink Jersey: $150.00 White Tutu: $300.00 (it has to be tougher the the Chiefs) White Leotards: $450.00 Winning the Game because other team cannot stop laughing: PRICELESS........ She had a great Idea.
