Rovers
Never ever did I think I would consider benching a stud WR based on a matchup before, but Revis just keeps shutting down stud WR's week after week. At this point, I am thinking of benching any teams' #1 WR when they face the Jets. Steve Smith had one catch for 5 yards yesterday, although he did have a TD over turned on replay review. The Jets play Buffalo on Thursday. I don't own TO, but if I did, he'd be on the bench this week despite his recent resugence. Am I wrong? That TD on Smith (if it were upheld) couldnt even be blamed on him, it was a perfect throw and I always say you can't defend a perfect throw. Smith actually mishandled it slightly (thank god cuz I played smith). Revis is top 3 CB in league ATM and I would not feel comfortable playing against him. TO is a GREAT WR who is improving on the season, so I would probably still play him but I wouldnt be happy about it.
BillyBalata
I hear ya. I have had TO on my bench since week 3 but broke him back out this weekend. Now just in time for my wcoff championship game I could really use him again, but the matchup concerns me. My only other option is Robert Meachem, which isn't a totally bad option, but at this point I would rather use him so I can bench Houshymama. Decisions, decisions....any chance he covers Lee Evans instead?

Shorttynaz
I'd say he's pretty good. Maybe a little overhyped to an extent (meaning he's not yet the cream of the crop), but well on his way to being a (if not THE) premier shutdown corner. Henry Muto
He is that good...no WR has topped 50 yards against him this year. Some guy at work bet me that Owens would have 75 yards and a TD tonight I told him he would be lucky to get 50 yards tonight

Seahawks21
Oh, yes, he is that good. They just don't build them that fast and yet still overwhelmingly physical. He reminds me a lot of a young Ty Law. With Ashamoughah being slightly less than perfect this year, I think it would be fair to say Revis is currently the best cover guy in the business. I've watched recordings of a few of his games just focusing on him, and that guy is an absolute glove.
darin3
He's a true shutdown corner, that's for sure. He's also got a ton of "playmaking" ability. Got a little of Champ Bailey, Charles Woodson in him. I think he's still behind the likes of Nnamdi Asomugha and heck, even Bailey/Woodson at this point, but he's well on his way to being THE elite shutdown corner in the NFL. budlitebrad
Revis is definitely that good, but I still won't bench Moss.

Seahawks21
The same person? That's funny. Must have been late last night. I even looked it up at one point to make sure I spelled it right, then still came out with that garbage. Now that is the true sign that a name is too difficult.
