kamikaze_sensei
I guess this isn't likely, given the fact that the Colts are planning on sitting their key players upon locking in home advantage. Saints will most likely have to with Favre and Co. on their tail for home advantage. But I'm still dreaming for 2 18-0 teams in the Super Bowl..... Here is how I see the season playing out...Indy and NO both finish 16-0....then the redemption kicks in. NE 1st takes out Indy and then wins the superbowl over NO....that is how I see it finishing out Mark this down folks it's going to happen. Grits and Shins
Personally I would love to see it happen ... especially since one of the teams would finish undefeated and then we could be done with all the talk of the 72 Dolphins and the 07 Patriots (who came up short anyway). kpholmes
I feel like both offenses often times struggle to get going in the first half, and leave both teams playing from behind in the third and fourth quarter. Can you win a Superbowl down 10-20 points at half as both of these teams have done several times this season? I don't know. Obviously both teams are still undefeated and have beaten good teams to do so, I just find myself thinking about the fact that they have a hard time getting things going early when people begin to talk about how good they are. In no way am I questioning the resilience or ability of these offenses or defenses, as both teams have shown great plays on both sides of the ball - I'm merely saying the best teams do it for four quarters every game, and I feel like both of these teams are still trying to figure out how to do that consistently. I do see that both teams take a bit to start, however all teams have their weakpoints... I think the only true obstacle to this dream Super Bowl is the coach of Indy, who plans on benching key players in the last few games. While it sucks for fans, it makes sense, considering the Pats ran out of steam right at the super bowl and lost to the Giants (who were a very good, and very underrated team) Still, since Da Raida's aren't going to the playoffs, I'm on the Saints Bandwagon for the rest of the season. Brees all da way
