Team management in-season is my advantage (at the risk of sounding arrogant) over most of my opponents. I am a solid drafter, but not the best, so this is where I make up the difference, roster management and free agent pick-ups/forcasting. I don't think it is cheating, but I certainly think you should mind your own business and let a bonehead mis-manage his team.
