McNabb

Are we seeing the first real QBBC situation? We're all used to RBBC by now but regular replacement of a QB in important situations is something a bit different, though the wildcat in Miami has been on display all year.

How does this affect McNabb's 2010 value? He's a perennial top 10 QB....or he was.

Are the Eagles going to keep Vick next year?

Is this going to happen elsewhere?

Or will Vick be a Ram next year? (God help us.)

One of the strategies the Rams are said to be considering is NOT drafting a QB because there is no one that bowls them over, and taking the best players available in the draft. Then, they would pursue a veteran, journeyman type of guy to oversee the re-building process rather than throwing some poor rookie to the wolves.

I'd be shocked if Vick was on the eagles next year.

Zero chance.

The Eagles are deactivating Kolb at the moment to make room for Vick on the active gameday roster. Kolb is in the final your of his contract next year, as are McNabb & Vick.

The only way Vick stays is if one of the others go...and based on a 9-4 record and playing lights-out in recent weeks, Mcnabb is going no where. Kolb is the future, so he's staying put, too.

When the Eagles signed Vick, it was off the hope that he'd help them this year, and garner them a 7th round pick in an offseason trade. Most feel that pick is now a 4th, and there is no question his role is growing due to his recent success.

Been a win-win for both sides...Vick is showcasing himself well for a starting job in 2010, and the Eagles are getting an interesting weapon for the stretch run, and likely a better draft pick for him than they ever imagined.

Agree and the only question about Vick should be where is he going play next year ?

racist much?

why is that a racist comment?

Sixty-seven percent of former inmates released from state prison in 1994 were charged with at least one serious new crime within the following three years, the U.S. Justice Department report shows.

The study issued tracked 272,111 former inmates after their release from prisons in 15 states--- Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia. It was released on Sunday, June 2.

About 47 percent of prisoners released in 1994 were convicted of a new crime, and 52 percent returned to prison or jail.

Other findings of the study included:

Men were more likely to be re-arrested (68 percent) than women (57 percent). Blacks (73 percent) were more likely to be rearrested than whites (63 percent).

NOTE: the above article is from 2002 but was the first I turned up when I hit google.
