Westbook to return to action Week 15

As if the McCoy/Weaver combo hasn't already killed any confidence ff players have in starting one of the two, brian Westbrook is set to return to action this weekend.

As an Eagles fan, I hope he comes in fully rested, free of nicks and dings, and most importantly, with a clear and healthy noggin. But as a fantasy owner, I have no idea what more this does than take already-limited touches away from the Eagles RBs. With Vick as the current goal-line option, and three players splitting approx. 20-25 carries per game, almost none are startable.

My guess: Weaver & McCoy split running downs, Westy gets passing downs.

Link to follow, but the with Eagles releasing backup RB PJ Hill from the active roster, speculation is that Westbrook will be added for this week's 49ers game.

I see him taking the field but mostly to ready him for the playoff run if they make it.

I've gotta start him due to Kevin Smith's season ending injury. I can only hope for 10-15 touches. That's really all Westy needs to get the way the Philly offense is playing and spreading the wealth. On another note, McCoy really isn't tearing it up rushing the ball. He is getting his catches but I think McCoy's fantasy value takes the biggest hit.
