Wolverines Fan Posted January 1, 2011 Share Posted January 1, 2011 (edited) I want to give credit to Mississippi State for a convincing 52-14 over my Wolverines. MSU is a good solid team. That said, this game was typical for UM in all big games played this year: 1. The offense starts strong but fizzles out. Opposing defenses adjust to us, and Rich Rod can't make adjustments himself. The mistakes start to pile up, and the players seem to pack it in. 2. The defense still can't stop anyone most of the time. 3. Oh, yeah, after three years under RR, we can't seem to find a freakin' field goal kicker. I don't see things improving next year. I don't know they could justify bringing RichRod back for year #4. MTSuper7 Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 Living here in Ann Arbor, the buzz seems to be that they won't be bringing RichRod back. Getting blasted in a low end bowl game isn't enough. Most fans I talk to want him gone, and I can't blame them. As a State fan, I hope he stick around.
