Savage Beatings
I really hate these little cat & mouse games. Since word of Palmer’s house going on the market first surfaced, Marvin Lewis has said that the team is moving on without Palmer, taking him at his word that if he is not traded then he will retire after eight seasons. At last week’s annual league meetings, Mike Brown reiterated that there are no plans to trade Palmer.
The Irish Doggy
wow.... 2.1 mill in Ohio? The neighborhood, Indian Hill, is uber wealthy - richest in Ohio. Also consistently one of the top 5 republican fundraising strongholds in the country.

Savage Beatings
Quick question about Palmer... why would the Bengals not even consider trading him? Wouldn't it be better to get some kind of compensation for him no longer playing for them, than to just let him quit? Or is this more of a strong-arm statement that they won't allow players to dictate who they play for when they have a contract to honor? BearBroncos
Man, how does he do that under the oppressive NFL owner regime and their paltry wages? Come on, BB. The Bengals owner actually owns it and Palmer has to share it with the WR's, offensive lineman and pool boy. Palmer does, however, get exclusive rights to the dish washer.
