Scooby Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 http://pilatesblog.com/pilates-blog-news/ with a virtual non-existent off season program, I was thinking there would be many more soft tissue injuries than before...maybe if more S&C coaches would employ pilates as part of the workout program and also players simply doing it on their own, maybe there wouldnt be as many injuries?
