kpholmes Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 (edited) Anthony Prior's book "The Slave Side of Sunday" started to surface a lot when Peterson was making his slavery comments last year. I'm interested in reading it, but with a $180 price tag on the 250 page book - I wanted to see if anyone here has read it already? As an American Lit teacher, there's lots of great things in this argument/debate to get kids thinking and writing about the same themes you'd find in novels like Huck Finn. .
