Square
Deeply religious meathead that likes to socialize in the gym. WTF is wrong with people in Georgia?

tazinib1
Gross. I never understood the attraction to buff chicks. Lean and in shape women, yes. But Popey'isk attractions is borderline gheyish.

detlef
To be honest, considering her level of yoke, the numbers they highlighted seemed low. She can bench press 155 pounds, squat 255 pounds and dead lift 230 pounds. The bench in particular. I know some pretty scrawny dudes who can put up 155 and recall some women that I worked out with in CrossFit who still looked like women that push that kind of weight around. And, just from a weightlifting perspective, I've never known anyone who could squat more than they could deadlift, man or woman. Maybe I'm wrong. I mean I don't know a lot of girls that could even do plates so 155 is pretty good. The squat vs. deadlift thing does seem strange though for an ex gymnast. The squat vs. deadlift thing does seem strange though for an ex gymnast. I asked a very athletic woman friend of mine and she said the bench and squat numbers were, in fact, really high after all but agreed that there's simply no reason at all for the DL to be that low compared to the squat. delusions of grandeur
The bench in particular. I know some pretty scrawny dudes who can put up 155 and recall some women that I worked out with in CrossFit who still looked like women that push that kind of weight around. Thing you gotta remember is that muscle doesn't necessarily equal strength.... To be honest, I'm not really sure why not, but it's evident that woman naturally have far less upper body strength in particular... Like you said, I was a scrawny 145 in high school, but could pretty quickly bench better than my weight. It's jsut different body builds I think more than anything, cuz I definitely didn't have guns like hers... But yikes, time to get this thread going on a different track with a slideshow of Stafford's slutty UGA cheerleader girlfriend (pre-implants, but that's another fruitful search in itself )

Buff chick or not those weights are pretty damn good for a girl. Didn't really pay attention to her actual size but she is a cheerleader so she can't be that big. Also, mostly due to form issues and the simplistic movement of doing squats compared to deadlift, it's not unusual at all to see a person be able to squat more than they deadlift.
