xmwave
Trade which included Ben Tate and Wes Welker. The premise of the trade was that Arian Foster was out for the season and that Tate would become the primary running back now that Foster is out and would be a better fit than Michael Bush in the starting lineup. Source “Huddle Up: We've likely seen the last of Foster for 2013. He's currently meeting with doctors and may need surgery on his back. Ben Tate will the Texans' starter going forward with Dennis Johnson serving as Houston's No. 2 back for the time being.“ They needed a better running back than Michael Bush to start. He also wanted a potential keeper for next year. The other team wanted a wide receiver and thus the trade was made. As the commissioner would you veto this trade? If so why. Thank you in advance for your time and info Point system is standard. each team can keep two players into next year. millworkguy
NO, one team values a rb, the other a wr. Unless their is colusion (and it doesn't seem so) the trade should go through. There are many of these trades where the wr stacked owner trades the rb stacked owner and while the players values sem to be uneven both owners needs are met. Let the trade pass
