Just traded for Moreno, did I give up too much?

Team #1 in signature

I traded: Philip Rivers + Ray Rice + Danny Amendola

I received: Knoshon Moreno

As you can see I have Stafford and my RBs are loaded now with Bush/Charles/Moreno/CJ2k/Andre Brown.

I also have Witten on the bye this week and had to drop someone for a TE if I didn't want to take a 0 in the position and I really can't afford to do that.

Basically I got Moreno for my flex spot over the likes of Amendola or Josh Gordon and gave up Ray Rice who I cannot start and my backup QB who I can't play and Amendola. Obviously a great trade for the other team who needed the depth (and is out of the race).

Did I give up too much or was it justified?

It's basically Rivers for Moreno, as I see it. Rice is injured and is having a terrible year and Amendola is made of glass. I'd say do the deal. Amendola will have a smaller role once Vereen is back anyway. I'd like to get another guy back in addition to Moreno and Moreno has had a history of health concerns, too, but I don't think that's a terrible trade given the health and performance of Amendola and Rice.

you're loaded with rb's so you traded for another rb?

We start 2 flexes and it was an opportunity start the 11th best Point producer outside of QB, thought it was worth it. Ill be Starting Mccoy/Bush in RBs and Moreno and CJ2k or Andre Brown or Josh Gordon in 2nd flex. I like to have a little depth in case of an injury.

I am now looking to package Andre Brown with one of my WRS for a better WR before the trade deadline.
