Mars1511
So, its a bad week to play the guy I go against this week. Hardest hitter in my Standard 12 team league! Every point counts and there are horrible match ups for my top players! Im #2 in my league facing #1 and this is the first time I reached out for advice! QB- Cam Newton playing home vs New England or Case Keenum home vs Oakland (easy match for Case but NE is known to allow points to QBs from time to time. More so anyways than SF and that hurt me in week 10! WR- AJ Green (obvious must start) but two more with Cecil Shorts, Keenan Allen, Riley Cooper or Kendall Wright to choose from! RB- this seems dumb to ask, but both Adrian Peterson and Matt Forte have rough matches this week. Is Rashad Jennings worth a start against these guys? Alot to ask I know. My gut is saying Newton; Green, Allen, Cooper; Jennings and reliable Forte (week 10 was a fluke, dude is always in double digits). Any help would be nice! Or is my gut the way to go? THANKS! I like Cam against the Pat's D especially in the warm weather. I think Cam will have to do alot in the air to keep up with a finally healthy Pat's team ( Vereen back). I would go Allen and Riley. Shorts will be up against Patrick Peterson so I would stay away from that. Washington can't stop anyone. Forte is not playing the same old Baltimore D Sitting AP VS Jennings. The Raiders team might be passing the ball to keep up might not be a smart choice. The Raiders went from home to NY and now Texas, they will be tired. sausagekingchi
I think we are getting to the point in the season where some of us tend to over think things, especially when we have a "big matchup". I say never, ever bench AP unless you have McCoy & Lynch also on your roster then you could "play the match up". So go with AP and Forte and get the Jennings stuff out of your head. As for the two WR spots I think that is just as obvious going with Allen and Cooper. The other two guys are not only inconsistent, but neither is capable of having a huge week. I feel your pain in regards to Cam Newton as he killed me last week (along with Romo as I am in a 2QB league), but I'd probably stick with him over Keenum right now. But for me that is actually the toughest decision because what we have seen from Keenum fantasy wise has been good (but it is only 3 weeks).
