Should I drop Mike Wallace for Andre Brown? - 0.5 PPR

I know he was on Revis Island and this isn't an overreaction to that. In my league, he has 4 weeks of double digit points and 5 weeks of 6.4pts or less. That's pretty rough and nothing to rely on for consistency. He is almost never in my lineup and I feel like Brown has way more upside and will be involved heavily in the game plan going forward. Am I crazy to drop Wallace? My other WRs are Shorts, Welker and AJ and my RBs are Rice, Woodhead, Moreno, Sproles and Tate.
