Worth picking up Crabtree this early and drop Shonn Greene?

I am pretty deep with RBs but you can never be too deep. Would you drop Greene for Crabtree at this point? Or even if comes back, Crabtree is useless this year?

if you are deep at RB it could be worth it if Crab can be even close to the WR he was last year and give you the extra push in the playoffs.
