Croe
non ppr - start 1 QB, 3 WR, 1 RB, 1 TE So this is it, if I lose I'm out, if I win I'm in. Playing one of the top scoring teams in out league so I'm leaning towards upside and good matchups I just want to hear what you have to say about my starting line up and if there is anything you would change and why. Line up right now is QB: Alex Smtih vs DEN - He played decently the last time he faced Denver and has picked his game up a little bit and if close to the goal line is a threat to score Andrew Luck vs TEN - Looks to be off his game, taking a lot of hits, no real threat to throw to, has onyl saved himself the past month when he runs one in for a score. Last week shook me. And TEN has played defense well this season. WR: Larry Fitz @ PHI- Must start; enough said Nate Burleson vs GB - Played well coming off the injury, can he repeat this week against a soft PHI D. With Calvin starting opposite I don't see why not especially with the way Stafford has been playing Reuben Randle @ WAS - Washington's pass d is suspect and most WR 1 & 2s have done well against them besides PHI. He scares me a little in that you don't know what role he will play depending upon Nick's and Manning's play. But he is the guy who has been scoring consistently the past 6 weeks, I like the chances Cecil Shorts @ CLE - will have a tough matchup and is only relevent in garbage time and never scores Marques Colston @ SEA - he has been a big disappointment this season and I don't think playing against SEA in SEa will change that RB: Andre Brown @ WAS - Washington's D has been bad all around and the rush D gets stomped on almost every week. I think this is a no brainer the way he's been playing Zach Stacey @ SF - If he can play, I think its another day at the office against a middling SF rush D. Chris Johnson @ IND - He's no sure thing but had a great game against them at home a few weeks ago, do I take a risk that he has a big game again because he knows their D? and if Stacey can't play he is the obvious choice for the reason below. Trent Richardson vs TEN - The bench warmer dedicated to his craft. I won't drop him because the guy I'm playing will pick him up and start him and get 25 points out of him this week. TE: Jason Witten vs OAK- When Romo remembers that he is on the field he has a good day, otherwise he doesn't do anything at all Delaine Walker @ IDN - had his best game against them two weeks ago and has been playing good to great ball with Fitz taking the snaps. I think it's a toos up between him and Witten I picked up MIA D for the Jets game this week - I'm surprised no one else did **One last thing - would you drop anyone on my roster to pick up Cunningham as a handcuff to Stacey? Thanks in advance for giving this post a look. Edited November 27, 2013 by Croe
Montana is da Man
I agree with all your starters. The only player I'd be wary of is Stacey. The SF D, at home, can shut him down. And if SF gets up by 14+ (probably doesn't happen) than STL will abandon the run. If I remember correctly, CJ1K has never put up 100 yards on Indy. All that being said, I wouldn't change anything. BA Baracus
You could drop TRich to pick up Benny. I like your lineup as is.
