RB Advice- Pick 2 of 4

Important game this week, not sure who to start @ RB

I have Le'veon bell, pretty consistent and gets a lot of touches but has a difficult matchup with the Ravens. Also have Rashad jennings, who could see McFadden cut into his touches, Ben Tate coming off an awful week but still the Texans #1 RB, and CJ Spiller who has been really inconsistent but is facing a great matchup with the Falcons.

Non-PPR, standard ESPN scoring league, pick 2 out of Bell, Jennings, Tate, and Spiller

First thing I would say is I don't trust Tate at all and think Dennis Johnson may actually get more touches, its really hard to trust Tate right now. That leaves you down to 3 choices.

I love Spiller this week to be honest coming off the bye and in the dome on the turf against taht Horrible ravens run defence, he could easily break a big one this week and I have a hunch he will. either way its hard to ignore the amazing matchup, the main problme with him is that Freddy will take away some carries and they might split 50/50, hes still worth a start though, atleast a flex.

Mcfadden is coming back but how productive will he be? That Dallas cowboys defence is so freaking bad anyway and allowed 3 saints RBS to get 20+ fantasy points and have been one of the worst against the run for fantasy purposes all year, in fact they may be the worst...just checked it they are the worst. I'd go with Jennings for that reaason alone, play the matchup, Le'Veon Bell will probably have a tough time running @ baltimore although he did look good against them in the last match.

My two cents Spiller and Jennings, I'm sure someone will disagree and want to go with Le'Veon over Jennings or Spiller but I would honestly play the matchup and go for home run.
