Lineup help. Win and I'm in. Victor Cruz or Reed?

Looking for some help with my final regular season starting lineup. I win I get the last playoff spot, I lose then my opponent gets the last playoff spot.

Would you make any changes to the lineup below? To be honest not sure it matters based on player matchup's this week and the fact these players have under performed the last few weeks.

I'm going back and forth on Victor Cruz and Reed(if he plays). Both have big potential but QB play holding them back. I think Cruz will have a big game here soon but if Reed is cleared is he the better play?

Any other moves you would make to the roster?

Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR/TE, 1FLEX, 1K, 1Def (PPR)

QB - Brees

RB1 - Forte

RB2 - Zac Stacy

WR1 or TE1 - Welker

WR2 or TE2 - Victor Cruz

WR3 or TE3 - Gronk

Flex (RB or WR or TE) - Julius Thomas

K - Novak

Def - Carolina

Bench

QB - Kaepernick

RB - Sproles, M. Bush, Dennis Johnson

WR -

TE - Reed, Gates

Cruz is feast or famine and has been almost entirely famine. Bigger upside. But Reed will play and he's a more consistent, stable bet with less upside. If the rest of your roster is solid and you don't need the high upside/risk, then stick with Reed. If you are desperate for points, then Cruz.
