Agreed, very subjective and arbitrary qualifications, and I can't believe someone would waste that much time trying to quantify crappiness. For one thing, although Joe Buck may usually be competent at calling the play-by-play, most would agree he's insufferable to listen to (for football anyway, baseball is clearly more in his wheelhouse). But I have to mention how truly awful it was listening to Heath Evans (who routinely trashes the Falcons on NFLN along with Darren Sharper for shock value) and that combover guy calling the Falcons/Skins. They were actually explaining their jokes. "Weatherspoon is going to be receiving a Fedex envelope for that hit... and by that, I mean he's going to get fined". I wonder why Charles Johnson hasn't been calling our games lately?
