I have two offers currently on the table:

1) vincent jackson and steven jackson for ronnie hillman and roddy white

2) Vincent Jackson for Ryan Mathews

I was offered number two and i countered with trade offer number 1.

What do y'all think of both of these offers?

First one is "okay", but nothing special...I almost think you have enough fire power as is to wait a week more then use Brady or Wilson coupled w/ Fitz as trade bait for much better RB option during the week 9 and 10 multi team bye weeks...certain teams in league who are struggling might be more willing to let go of bye week roster spots for immediate gain

Thats a tough one. Matthews will be out a few more weeks. On the other hand Hilman may only be the starting RB a few more weeks. I would lean towards matthews but I dont realy think either is great. Just my opinion tho

There's a lot of speculation that Ball will be no better than a timeshare when he returns... It's no gimme that Ball assumes starting duties when he returns...

On 1) I'd rather have White/Hillman and if you need RB on 2) then I think that's fair but you can prob get a tad for for VJax so maybe ask for Mathews plus someone? I'd still prob take it...
