Drop Hillman to block?

I have Hillman, who is now expected to miss the next 2 weeks, my opponent has Gio still currently in his lineup and has not heard he's out yet. Should I drop Hillman and pick up Alfred Blue who'll be filling in for Foster in order to block my opponent from doing so? Or is Hillman still worth the hold?

Current Roster:

QB: Russell Wilson

RB: Eddie Lacy

RB: Trent Richardson

WR: Demaryius Thomas's

WR: Antonio Brown

TE: Julius Thomas

FLEX: Calvin Johnson

D/ST: Detroit Lions

K: Cody Parkey

Bench:

RB: Lamar Miller

RB: Ronnie Hillman

QB: Ryan Tannehill

D/ST: Colts

WR: Brandon Lafell

I would pick up Alfred Blue no matter who you are playing, I think he would be a better play then Trent Richardson this week if Foster is for sure out, as the Browns run D gives up a lot of points and the Texans will be leaning towards the run with a rookie QB at the helm.

@needtradehelp88

Have Tannehill as Wilson insurance (waiver QBs are low quality in my league) and Colts D just for next week for their home game against JAX. BUT Hillman's status is "O".....SO I just moved him to IR and put a bid in on Blue, so now I can keep what o have intact.
