I have Amari Cooper in my flex, but a tough matchup, offensive line changes, and 70% chance of rain with Dalton throwing the ball, I am leaning towards starting Higgins or Gibson over him. Higgins has a decent matchup with Cleveland, and Gibson is playing the Cowboys in a matchup that will allow more running than throwing, and he could get his most carries in a game today. The choice for me is between Cooper and Gibson and I'd still lean Cooper but they're neck and neck, so if you don't trust the passing game in the rain and because of Dalton, then it's an easy choice to go with Gibson. I would say Hill is the choice but if you're concerned about weather and the Chiefs running the ball being up big, Fuller makes a great play today as well and they're closely ranked. Also look at the team your playing and if they started anyone already from Thursday and whether or not they threaten to throw up a big number. No WJ III in Cinn secondary today, but Mayfield has sucked. Higgins has serious upside, but a rookie with rookie QB throwing to him, plus other mouths to feed. I have Higgins in there at the moment.
