Good morning Irish. I'm on the fence with a few players. My settled RB1 is McCafferey. At #2 do I play AJ Dillon or D Harris at RB? Next, the only WR I am settled at is B Cooks.  WR2 , T Higgins or Marvin Jones? At TE D Goedert or Gronk? Also one of these players can serve as my one FLEX. I am open for combinations. Thanks.

Four teams, one post:

(1)   0.5 PPR:  Pick two flex spots from the following list:  Gaskin, Aiyuk, Damien Harris, Waddle, Jeudy, Jeff Wilson Jr, Could also drop someone and pickup Burkhead and/or Jakobi Meyers

(2) FULL PPR:  Pick 1 RB, 1 WR and 1 Flex from the following:  DeVonta Smith, Kareem Hunt, OBJ, R Stevenson, Aaron Jones.  Could drop Stevenson for Burkhead

(3)  0.5 PPR:  Pick 2 WR, 1 RB and 1 Flex from the following: Bateman, Waddle, Cooks, AJ Dillon, Stevenson, Sony Michel, Aaron Jones, Burkhead.  Could also drop someone (who?) for J Meyers.

(4)  0.5 PPR:  Pick 2 QBs:  Daniel Jones, Matt Ryan, Zach Wilson   Need 2 WRs and 1 Flex from the following:  Aiyuk, OBJ, Fournette, Javonte Williams,  Could also drop someone for J Meyers (but same league as 3 above).

(1) Waddle and then a toss up between Harris and Aiyuk. Leaning Aiyuk but that could go either way.

(2) RB - Jones if he plays, if not then Hunt

WR - Smith

(3) 2 WRs - Waddle and Cooks

RB - Dillon

Flex - Stevenson

(4) QBs - Jones and Ryan

2 WRs - Aiyuk and OBJ and Meyers are dead even,  so go OBJ

Flex - Fournette

I was planning on playing Sanders since Patterson was injured and Sanders is predicated to have a very good week this week. But now Patterson is active and I am torn. 1 PPR

Start 1:
M Sanders @ NYG

or

C Patterson at JAX?

Gotta start Patterson, dude is a monster!

Thanks @irish...My D/St teams do not have favorable match ups.  Cincy I'd pick up on waivers.  I have Browns and Rams currently.  Historically, Browns/ Ravens have played each other tough.  Though Cincy played well against the Steelers earlier in the season, this is not the same Steelers team.  But playing at home is an advantage.

Agreed on all points, especially, the one stating that this isn't the same Steelers team. We'll see how playing at home helps them...

Hi Irish,

So it's do or die for me this week in last place at 4-8. I have 5 teams above me whose bodies I can climb over to get out of last but if I lose this week my chances of escaping being ice bucketed on draft day and being humiliated on r/roastme will be slim to none.

Here's my waiver situation:

Jalen Hurts at QB and considering Taysom Hill as my first pick as I think he has more upside than Carr or
Burrow this week (on the wire) and if he's out I think I'm screwed.

RB's Harris/Patterson/Swift/Sanders - Strongly considering either Jamaal Williams or Michel as my first pick to pair with Harris so I can free up Patterson for WR. Feels like at least Swift will be out. Boston Scott available too.

WR's Diggs/Patterson/McLaurin/OBJ/Lockett/Cooks - Bourne/Parker are best on wire so probably sticking with what I have here. Really don't want to run Lockett or even McLaurin this week but OBJ is banged up.

So what should my first pick be? Hill, J Will, Michel or Scott?

10 team standard league. Please send help.

***BONUS QUESTION - Lockett, McLaurin, OBJ or Cooks as WR3 if I take an RB on the wire to run as my RB2? I kinda hate all those options for different reasons ***

</Thanks!>

@irish

8-4, full PPR. 8th on waivers (10 team league).

Roster:

QB: Hurts

RB: Zeke, Pollard, Sanders, Mattison, Ingram, Singletary

WR: Hopkins, Allen, Aiyuk, Golladay

TE: Andrews

Need a qb for week 14. Possibly 13 if Hurt out.

1. Use waiver on: Taysom Hill, Jimmy G, Tua, Fields, Henicke...or just let waivers clear and grab whose left.

2. Try to sell Zeke and Mattison or just ride it out with em?

Realistic targets are Monty, Edmonds.

2. Trade Miles Sanders for Hilliard?

Hey K,

Ewww, ice bucketed and humiliating roasts are on tap!  Not good, let's take a look...

QB- Hurts is the surefire 1 the rest are interchangeable but I do like Hill's upside with the running ability.

RBs- gotta get Williams and pair him with Harris. Definitely play Patterson as a WR.

WRs- Diggs, Patterson and McLaurin

WW add should definitely first be Williams!  Hill would be 2nd.

Bonus - McLaurin, Lockett, OBJ and Cooks in that order for me.

3. They're fairly even but I'd keep Sanders by a smidge.

I can play 2 rb and a flex in standard. Which three say yee?

Kamara, Jrob, Mitchell, Mattison, Ingram.

To me Mitchell and Mattison seem sure fire, but not sure about the 3rd.

Mattison and Mitchell for sure, with Jrob as flex.

Hello Irish!

Now that all fo the Turkey is digested and we are moving on to dustings of snow I think this week is pretty clear cut for me.   Its a 100% must win, and somehow I am still statistically not out of the running for the 4th playoff spot.

WR-

Does Bourne, Bateman, or Curtis samuel hold any particular interest over THiggins, BCooks, or JChase?  I think the answer is no.

RB- I have one roster spot to fill.  I could do so with one of the Wr above, but I'd really prefer to use it to soak up another opportunity RB and block my opponent from scoring a useful depth rb who might end up popping in the flex spot this week.

Breida,

SonyM,

Latavius

Collins,

TevinC.

Ty JOhnson

Kenyon Drake

Deejay Dallas

... Eno? ...

Do you think any of these guys will have meaningful workload and production this week?  Are any of these Rb's flex worthy?

None of this is pressing or imperative.

Overall thoughts?

I like Monty more than Mattison and Edmonds more than Sanders.   Mattison should have a great week this week though.
