What to do about SEA? They've seriously disappointed. They're ranked just 17th in my league with all the following available:

(all ranked higher) GB, BAL, CLE, KC

(Not ranked higher but...) STL.

WARNING: if you chose to take time to talk about fantasy DEF, you will not get this part of your day back.

Green bay is hot right now. They have my Vikes this week, Pats in Green bay which isn't ideal. But then for the fantasy playoffs they have Atlanta, Buffalo and Tampa. I'd say they would be a great team to grab and hold onto. I am trying to get them in all of my leagues for the rest of the way

Drop Seattle D, which you should have done long before now, and pick up either GB or KC.

I have GB (along with Buffalo and Baltimore) as my rotation of D's for the rest of the year/playoffs

You're telling me...guess I was guilty of a man-crush and clinging onto what "could be". My other DEF is NE. How do you feel about them vs BAL? BUF already taken.

Even though the Saints aren't as potent as previous years (they're playing Baltimore), I'd go with the NE Defense against Detroit. They aren't as potent offensively as they have been, and their QB isn't as wise in distributing the ball as Brees
