Waiver Jordan Cameron or Kyle Rudolph?

I like Cameron. With Josh Gordon back and Cameron finally healthy, the middle of the field should open back up for Cameron to do his thing. He has a lot of potential and can be one of thr top TE's in the league if he can stay healthy. Rudolph is kind of the same, he COULD be a star but they need to give him the ball more and him and Bridgewater are seeming to build chemistry already which is critical. I think Cameron will make more of an immediate impact, rather than Rudolph who it could take some time to build that good QB/TE chemistry like Brady/Gronk, Brees/Graham, Manning/Julius Thomas, ect.
