BA Baracus
So anybody think Trestman can conjure up any fantasy value in Baltimore? As a Taliaferro owner in several leagues, I was bummed that Kubiak left. His skill set is better in Kubiak's system but i am thinking that Trestman might put him to use too. He is a big but agile guy who can catch the ball. We probably have to wait and see if the Ravens draft a RB to really have any idea. I am holding out hope and will take it as a good sign if they do not use a top 100 pick on a back. Flacco maybe moves up to being a solid QB2 next year? Torrey Smith may not be a Raven next year. Maybe Marlon Brown and/or Kamar Aiken make for sleeper WR3 types? Thoughts on the fantasy impact of Trestman in Baltimore? So technically that'd make him a low-end QB1 in larger leagues, and at worst a solid QB2. I think the hiring of Trestman could push him into the 10-12 range. As for RB, you gotta think they resign Forsett. His pass-catching abilities will be needed in the Trestman offense. If they don't resign him, Taliaferro is a good enough pass catcher to thrive here. So yeah, it's totally dependent on the team's plans for Forsett. No real thoughts on WR. I think the move to Trestman at OC may make Smith want to return. I think Aiken is just a guy; Brown has some talent. If Smith doesn't resign then I'd say Brown has some sleeper in him. BA Baracus
Yeah...i don't give Flacco enough credit. He is probably a decent LRQB next year.
