Keeper Advice, standard scoring league

Recommended Posts

Hello all..

We get to keep 3 keepers, without losing a draft pick and we can keep the players for as long as we like. Old school league. My first two keepers are pretty easy, Luck and OBJ. My third I am having issues with. Not the best of choices behind these two. I have gotten it down to 3 to choose from I believe.

So, please pick one..

Any help would be great:

Latavius Murrary (figure he is young with lots of upside)

Andre Johnson (old, but steady. But will he and Luck click?)

Branden Marshall (who will get him the ball?)

(I also have Crowell and T. Mason at RB, but don't think much of them)

We start: qb, rb, wr, wr, wr/rb flex in a 12 team league

Thank you!

I do like L.Murray as well, just because he passes the eye test.. he's looks the part of a RB1 starter with that upside I think you're taking a risk for the future over AJ and BM but mostly likely you can pick one of them back up.. I think L.Murray goes back into the draft someone takes a flyer on him before BM or AJ.. AJ and BM are close but having a RB that you can possibly keep for a few years could be great. He hasn't played that much to really know if he can handle a full workload and that's the biggest risk. Safer play would be keep AJ big target for Luck in the redzone. risk/reward would be keeping L.Murray.. I like taking risks and it's 10 team league there are always players out there to pick up weekly to contribute at a high level.
