Best strategy?

So I'm still considerably new to fantasy. Only my 3rd season doing it. First season I was 5-8 and last year I was 3-10, so I really need a good season especially cause there is a heafty pot to win.

This is the format we run.

QB RB rb/wr rb/wr wr TE flex D/ST kicker

It is standard scoring (non ppr).

What is the best draft strategy? I'm leaning towards rb-rb. Maybe even rb-rb-rb? What do you think? Any help will be appreciated. I need to win!

Need to start 1 QB

At least 1 RB and 1 WR.

2 WR/RB (so really, I could start 4 rb or wr if I wanted to with the flex)

1 TE

1 FLEX

1 Defense /special teams

1 kicker

Scoring is pretty simple.

1 point for every 10 yards passing/rushing/receiving

6 points for rushing/passing/receiving TD

Bonus points for longer plays ie: 40+ and 50+ yard tds.

Draft is in a week so don't know my position yet.

honestly its hard to say go draft 3 rbs with your first 3, or 2 and a wr. how i draft is i take the best player off the board for my pick. if its 2 rbs then so be it, same with 2 wrs. but make sure you dont take a mediocre rb when theres an elite wr still on the board and vice verse just to stick to a plan. more times than not your strategy will end up not being used.

also---do you know what pick you are drafting with?
