DMcNabb
God forbid anyone have fun. When Congress is spending time on fantasy football laws, you know your country is in trouble. https://legalviewpoints.wordpress.com/2015/09/30/its-just-a-matter-of-time-before-congress-regulates-fantasy-football/
DMD
The only reason Congress gets involved is because gambling interests donate money to congressman. They don't want people spending their money on fantasy sports instead of out right gambling. To the benefit of fantasy, it has been embraced by the NFL, MLB and NBA and that carries weight too. bud29
This is what happens when congress is a bit too effective in solving the bigger issues - they have time to move to smaller, more frivolous problems like this.
HowboutthemCowboys
I think it's pretty funny that I can't bet a football game (legally) but my TV is polluted with daily fantasy commercials every time I turn it on. Which is obviously gambling, and quite legal
DisplacedMercs
Draft Kings/Fan Duel (DFS) got greedy & got on everyone's radar. They created this monster themselves. Ban it, I won't care.
