bmatt10
.5 PPR...Team below. I am pretty stacked at WR, and lacking RB depth until Penny takes over, and Ingram is back from suspension. Do I make this trade? Trade away T.Y Hilton Receive Jerick Mckinnon QB: A-Rod RBs: David Johnson, Rashad Penny (Q), Ingram (Sus.) Nick Chubb, Kenneth Dixon WRs: Antonio Brown, TY Hilton, Amari Cooper, Garcon, DeVante Parker, Donte Moncrief, Croweder TE: Greg Olsen
turbotooslow
You're not as weak at RB as you think. When Ingram comes back you are looking pretty good. I'd want to get more for T.Y. than Mckinnon. You've got Brown and Cooper so you could package Hilton with another receiver to get a proven lead back, or maybe do something like Hilton for Alex Collins. I have Alex Collins and would accept a trade for Jerick McKinnon in a heartbeat. McKinnon will be the D. Freeman his first 2 years while OC K. Shannahan was on the Falcons. Plus I see Dixon cutting into Collins share of snaps, including possible goal line carries. BMatt your WRs are deeeeeeeep. I own Luck and reports are that his velocity is still not quite there, which will affect TY Hilton, especially I'm the first 3rd of the season. You'll still have AB and Amari starting with Garcon and Crowder to serve as flex starts and bye week fillers. That's plenty untim Ingram gets back to start on your flex. Also I see you have Parker and Moncrief. Is K. Stills and K. Cole not available?

He clears Wednesday, so I could certainly try and scoop him up. I was thinking the same as you, regarding WRs....I think I get by fine with the WRs I have, and shipping off TY. Best case is he balls out, and I have 3 potential RB1s, or he's meh, and is my Flex with DJ and Ingram as my RB1/RB2.

And what Turbo said is true... if you can possibly get a better RB that's more of a sure thing for TY Hilton, then definitely go for it. But in most of the leagues I'm in, Hilton is going early to middle of the 3rd round in 12 team PPR and .5 PPR drafts. So besides McKinnon, that leaves you with the likes of McCaffrey, Cook and Freeman available to try and trade. I don't see owners in the next tier up of RBs trading for Hilton. tlmisnotthebest
Yeah, given your roster i would easily make that move. I'd rather have McKinnon than Hilton in general, and given your needs/strengths it feels like a no brainer to me. McKinnon was solidly startable for most of last season, scored a lot and catches the ball a lot, and things should only be better this year. squirrelmastr21
I’m still not sold that luck will be healthy this year. I’d make the trade.
