Use waiver on Anthony Miller?

With 10 teams and 20 spots the waiver wire gets thin.  Since it's dynasty, I'm pretty rookie heavy. With Dez in limbo, I think I'll drop him in favor of Miller.  I'm 3rd in line for waivers.

But, do I really burn that waiver position on Miller or gamble that nobody else will grab him and hope he's there as a FA in the morning?  Some people seem pretty optimistic but is he really likely to become a stud?  In case you can't see my sig, team is below:

QB: Wentz, Rodgers, Bortles

WR: A Brown, M Thomas, M Goodwin, D Amendola, M Gallup, DJ Moore, D Bryant,

RB: D Johnson, L Fournette, K Drake, C Hyde, A Ekeler, R Jones II

TE: J Reed, T Burton, M Gesicki

K: Boswell

Def: Phil

Thanks

Funny that you're a fan of the Titans and not one of your players is a Titan. By design?

Yes I'd drop Dez for Miller. He's lining up in the slot and will be utilized pretty heavily in the passing game since Trubisky's arm strength is mediocre at best.

I used to live in Seattle and when I moved here we had Hasselbeck from Sea and Locker, who went to my Alma mater, UW. So I had ties and became a fan. But, I also like to win. If I were to gamble on a Titan, it'd be Lewis.

I'll go for Miller, the question is will others who didn't draft him, hence questioning if I should use my waiver priority. He's the top ranked FA on our wire
