General advice for 10 team standard league

Here is my team, we play 2 WR and RB and 1 flex:

 

QB- Rodgers/Ryan

 

RB- Zeke, J. Howard, D. Henry, Lynch, Duke Jr.

 

WR- Green, M. Jones, Funchess, Jordy, Cobb

 

I am not happy with my receivers besides Green and I am not very happy with my RBs either after Zeke. I have an offer on the table to trade away Derrick Henry and receive Emmanuel Sanders but I am having a tough time deciding if I should write off Henry. I am not completely confident in Howard either which leaves me at least feeling very weak at RB. I could say the same thing about WR, I have no confidence in any of my WR besides Green. I was thinking about dropping Duke Jr and picking up Ty Williams off the wire, I think he is being overlooked this season in favor of the other Williams at WR and I would love to have a piece of the Chargers offense this year. 

 

Any advice or opinions?

Personally I don't like Henry and I love Sanders so it's be an easy trade for me. I also think that Zeke, Howard and Lynch are all solid while Duke has a chance of being ok. Sanders is such a good route runner and actually having a report with Keenum really gives me confidence in his consistency. I like Sanders way more than Funchess/Jordy Cobb so he'd be a great #3. I'd try and trade Funchess for an RB like Peterson or Hyde if you can.

I really like Sanders a lot too man but I would hate myself if Henry has a breakout year despite Lewis being there. If I had more confidence in Howard then I would have an easier time pulling the trigger to trade Henry for Sanders. Funchess is in a position to have opportunities this year but I agree he could maybe be good to trade. I don't have the utmost confidence in Marvin Jones either, I hate that he is my #2 receiver.
