How much FAB to spend on recently dropped Fournette AND Fitz....

Leonard Fournette AND Larry Fitzgerald were both dropped after week 1 in one of my leagues. I want both of them, but am not sure how much to spend. We have a $150 budget, and I haven't spent any of it yet. What do you think? Here's my team in a 10 team non-PPR league. Pretty standard scoring, except an extra bonus point for 100/200 yards rushing/receiving and 300/400 yards passing. Obviously I need more receiving help with Baldwin and Jeffrey injured, but Fournette has more upside than Fitz. I'm thinking if I can get them both, great! Or should I just put most (or all) of ,my money on Fournette and then trade some of my other RB's for a stud WR?

QB - Brees

RB - D. Johnson, D. Freeman, L. McCoy, L. Miller, Peterson and Jamaal Williams (who I'd drop to pick up Fournette) max 6 RB's rostered in this league

WR - T. Hill, Baldwin, Jeffery, Agholor, Crowder, K. Cole (who I'd drop for Fitz)

TE - Graham

DEF - Rams

K - Tucker

It's a 10 team league at my work. Last year it was free and we had 16 teams. Half of the owners never looked at their team, and the other half was scrounging players off the wire. This year we decided to put $10 down (I know, not much) to get rid of those owners who joined just to join. There's still a couple of people though who really know nothing about fantasy football. This one person dropped both Fournette and Fitz this week to pick up Breida and Lockett. Hmmmm....
