dolphins13
For some reason in my 12 team, 0.5 PPR, someone dropped Engram for Desean Jackson for $6. He had Gronk, but then also dropped Antonio Gates for Jared Cook for $12. Either way, point being, Evan Engram is on the wire and I probably should pick him up. QB - Cam, Rivers RB - Howard, Drake, Barber, Thompson, Cohen WR - Green, Hopkins, Sanders, Kupp, Mike Williams, Allison TE - Eifert Logic tells me to just drop Eifert because of the injury risk and I already have Green. But I like Eifert this year, so then the next logical move would be Allison, but then again he is the WR 2/3 for Rodgers. So then is Cohen the odd man out? Idk who to drop. I'm sitting on full budget of $100, would 15-20% be too much to bid on a TE?
Montana is da Man
I would drop Cohen and carry 2 TE's until the inevitable Eifert injury. I do think 15 - 20% is too much, I wouldn't go higher than 12%. Usually Wednesdays drops are less noticed by the league.

Thanks for the reply, Does the idea of how not having Howard's handcuff worry you though? I feel like the only way he would ever get the start would be if something catastrophic happens to my RB core. Where as dropping someone with a lot of upside like Allison; I risk losing a solid flex + allowing someone else to get him. Tough situation
Montana is da Man
I never handcuff unless the guy is an injury risk (Le'Veon, Dalvin Cook) or I view his backup as a monster (Gordon and Ekeler) so I don't think it's a risk.
seahawk3133
I never worry about handcuffs unless there is a stud type back-up who wouldn't miss a beat if your starter goes down.. Never for a marginal back-up
