nathan19
First-time poster on this site. I have looked and it seems there is some good advice that goes around on here. The main topic of my post will be starting lineups. I will begin with the information. My roster: Aaron Rogers, Matthew Stafford, LeSean McCoy, Lamar Miller, Alex Collins, Carlos Hyde, Tevin Coleman, Aaron Jones, Chris Thompson (picked up in WW for Jordan Reed), Keenan Allen, Jarvis Landry, Allen Robinson, TY Hilton, Kenny Golladay (picked up in WW for Michael Crabtree), Adam Vinatieri Chargers Def This is a dynasty type league (why I went for youth in WW) I have to start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, K, Def, 1 Flex (RB or WR) My opponent this week dropped Sony Michel for Crabtree. (I think he will start him) My dilemma is which RB to start. I would like to start Collins for the fact that Dixon got injured. I don't want to start McCoy since I have Chargers Def. I could exchange Stafford for another QB if Aaron doesn't get play time this week. I could start 2 RB and 4 WR or 3 RB and 3 WR. My current starting lineup is Aaron Rogers, Collins, Thompson, Landry, TY Hilton, Keenan Allen, K, DEF. For flex, I'm leaning RB over WR, but I don't know what Robinson or Golladay could do. Opponent has: Watson, Darnold, Brady Gurley, Jamaal Williams, Phillip Lindsay, Lynch Hopkins, Julio Jones, Randal Cobb, Devante Adams, Crabtree, Sammy Watkins, Jake Elliot Rams DEF, Jags DEF Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help me out. Shorttynaz
Welcome to The Huddle! Hard to tell you to bench a stud (if you want to consider TY Hilton a stud), but he's gonna be shadowed by Josh Norman all day. I would consider starting Golladay over Hilton (just this week) and then rolling with Robinson in the FLX spot.
Montana is da Man
I'd leave your line up as is and insert Golladay into your flex spot
nathan19
Alright. That is sort of hard to do. Josh Gordon plays for browns, so that would mean that he would overshadow Landry. Is this what you mean? Hopefully, I replied correctly

Would you keep Landry starting even with Gordan?

Hopefully, I replied correctly Josh Norman is who I was referring to - one of the best shutdown corners in the game. The Colts don't have another worthwhile WR and they won't put Norman on a hack and let Hilton go off. I'm not sure I could bench Hilton either, but I see Robinson and Golladay with better chances for success this weekend.

I own Josh Gordon and I'm leaving him on the bench for another week or two until hopefully they bench Taylor for Mayfield. Gordon is a vertical WR. Landry is a possession WR. Taylor doesn't go deep very often as he's not very accurate. He likes the dink and dunk stuff. I would leave Landry in there.

And Landry, Golladay, Allen, Robinson.

If I start Collins, then I would have to sacrifice Robinson or Golladay as flex for Coleman if freeman doesnt play. I think the news is that he will play. I don't understand how or why a team is rebuilding for 10+ years, and even after that 10 years, they're still rebuilding. Gurley, Kamara, Bell, Gordon, DJ, Fournette - they'd all suck if they played in Buffalo.

I just have 7 RB rostered, and since its a dynasty league, the only way I can get a star RB is if I find him early. Shady is 30. Somebody dropped Mark Ingram in WW, do you think he's worth a roster spot?
